"The file persistence service has failed to complete restore of topics. Failed files have been moved to the recovery directory. The failure is probably due to a corrupt persistence file. Topics up to the point where the corruption was detected will have been restored and if the corruption was at the end (which is often the case if it happened due to resource limits reached), all topics may have been restored correctly.
