Description

A topic record in the persistence file has a specification that is incompatible with the current topic at the same path. This can only occur if topic replicas from other servers are replacing persistence entries on the current server that did not have a removal logged on the current server. This is automatically recovered by logging a removal of the topic followed by a new addition.
